Well, since Shockwave was just a red herring, it didn't matter what he looked like anyways. Althought I liked his movie design as it looked like the character, at least somewhat. Soundwave with a mouth bugged me however. And the weak scripts of the last two movies.
Yeah, it would be something akin to that but he'd be less compact in appearance. The shoulders and legs become the tank treads, while his arms go into the hole in his chest and form the gun - the upper body becomes the "turret".
oh yeah I can picture that. It would be awesome if you ever got around to it but I know what its like to have too many things on your mind. This is an awesome idea, great concept, and even better execution. And your tutourial gave me some Ideas of my own works.
Brilliant desgin, but I've said enough praise about that already, hehe. I really love that background though; the blue is pleasant to the eye and does not conflict with Shockwave's purple, who stands out in just the right way. The little extra tidbits are very nice as well, and definately suit the character. But why did you go with the classic Decepticon symbol, instead of the movie one? Feels like a weird choice, especially since Shockwave himself does have the movie version of it.
